How do I open my session agenda in Mural?

Agendas created in the Session Planner tool in LUMA Workplace can be opened in Mural with the click of a few buttons, allowing you to collaborate visually in real time with others.

To navigate to Session Planner, click My Workplace on the main navigation bar, then click Plan a new session, or click Sessions to access session agendas you've already created.

  • If your LUMA Workplace account is not already linked to Mural, click Link Mural account. 
    • If an error occurs linking your account, your company admin may need to first enable the LUMA Workplace - Production app directly in Mural. Please read this article for more information.

  • Then, click Create mural

  • Next, click Select workspace. Your workspace is where you collaborate with your organization in Mural.

  • After choosing your workspace, click Select room. Rooms are an efficient way of organizing murals for different projects. Each room can contain several folders and murals.

  • Optional step: Select folder for your mural to live

  • Click Create mural

  • You will be redirected from LUMA Workplace to Mural and your session agenda will populate in the mural.
