How do I share a session agenda with someone?
A session agenda can be shared with anyone. A LUMA Workplace account isn't required to view a shared session agenda.
- To find a session agenda to share, navigate to My Workplace.
- Then, click the ellipsis menu at the bottom right-hand corner of the session agenda card.
- Next, click Share.
- Next, click the Detailed agenda tab.
- Finally, click Copy. Paste the link into an email, chat, etc. to share with anyone.
- At this point, the person that you share the link with will have a read-only copy of each session.
- If that individual has a LUMA Workplace account, they can make an editable copy by navigating to My Workplace, and click Shared with me on the left side of the page.
- Then, click the ellipsis menu at the bottom right-hand corner of the session agenda card.
- Finally, click Make an editable copy. Please note, that changes to the editable copy will not change the version on the user's end who originally shared the session agenda.
