Do I need to submit my presentation prior to a coaching session?

For our public training programs there is no need to submit your presentation ahead of time. (If you are enrolled in a private training program with your organization, please reach out to LUMA at coaching@luma-institute.com for guidance on submitting your presentation.)

During the coaching sessions, you will be able to share your work, discuss the outcomes, and receive guidance from your coach and peers. We just ask that you have the outcomes of your challenge readily accessible, and that you are prepared to discuss and show your progress.
