The live, remote sessions in our public certification programs are conducted using Zoom video conferencing and Mural.

Video conferencing

Public sections of our certification programs use Zoom video conferencing. This tool helps maximize participation in live learning sessions, with key features that enable visualization and collaboration. As best practices to keep our meetings secure, each LUMA Zoom session has a unique ID and is password-protected.

Digital collaboration tools

In this program, we’ll use Mural — an online visual collaboration tool — to share ideas and work together. You won’t need an account; just follow the link to the Mural board during sessions. Public program participants will also get a free one‑year Mural subscription. Learn more about Mural.
