What is the Facilitator Certification Program?

Our Facilitator Certification Program teaches you how to plan, prepare for and run highly effective design thinking work sessions with — and for — teams within your organization, or with groups that include clients or external stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll develop deep competency with problem-solving, and be equipped to help teams tackle key business challenges, faster and with more impactful results.

Note: The Facilitator Certification Program is available only to those who have already completed the Practitioner Certification Program. We ask that even the most seasoned practitioners and facilitators — including our own! — attend this prerequisite.

The Facilitator Certification Program is available publicly to individuals and small groups. To see all of the dates and times that are open for registration, please view the public training schedule on our website.
