LUMA Workplace won't load. What are the troubleshooting steps?

A browser extension, plugin, or ad blocker may be blocking the connection to LUMA Workplace. To troubleshoot, try accessing LUMA Workplace in an incognito browsing window or private browsing window.

If you’re unable to access LUMA Workplace in an incognito or private browsing window, the connection to LUMA Workplace may be blocked by your organization's internal firewall or permissions. In this case, our recommendation is for you to check with your internal IT team or try LUMA Workplace on a device that is outside of your organization’s network.
