The live, remote sessions in the public Practitioner Certification Program are conducted using Zoom video conferencing and several collaborative digital tools.
Public sections of the Practitioner Certification Program use Zoom video conferencing. This tool helps maximize participation in live learning sessions, with key features that enable visualization and collaboration. You can find more details about Zoom technical requirements in this article. As best practices to keep our meetings secure, each LUMA Zoom session has a unique ID and is password-protected.
Collaborative digital tools
- Be ready to use MURAL, a digital workspace for visual collaboration, in the program sessions. You don't need a MURAL account, but you do need to be able to follow a link to a MURAL board and then use its tools and functions. Learn more about MURAL.
- Make sure you are able to use Microsoft PowerPoint online (not the desktop app). You do not need an account, but you do need to be able to access a link to a PowerPoint online file, then use its tools and functions. Learn more about Microsoft PowerPoint online.
