How do I earn LUMA practitioner certification?

LUMA practitioner certification is earned through our Practitioner Certification Program. 

To earn LUMA Practitioner Certification, participants must complete the requirements outlined below.

Public cohorts starting in January, February, or March 2026

Participants enrolled in a public cohort beginning in January–March 2026 must:

• Attend all the learning sessions in their entirety.
• Complete all three assignments. 
  • Each assignment must be completed in the designed coaching session Mural.
  • Assignments are due at the end of each coaching session.

Public cohorts starting outside January–March 2026

Participants enrolled in a public cohort that does not begin in January–March 2026 must:

• Attend all learning sessions in their entirety.
• Participate in at least two coaching sessions.
• Share your work in at least one coaching session.

Private cohorts

If you are participating in a private cohort with your organization and are unsure which requirements apply to your program, please contact us at coaching@luma-institute.com

Certificate and badge

Once you successfully complete the requirements you will receive a downloadable certification document customized with your name and a digital badge for posting to social media and sharing in email signatures. The certificate and badge are typically issued one week after the last coaching session.
