I’m having trouble signing into my account to purchase a LUMA certification program. What are the troubleshooting steps?

Note for LUMA Workplace users — the account you use for purchases on luma-institute.com is separate from the account you use to log into LUMA Workplace.
- After proceeding with your order, you'll see the screen below.
- If you’ve never purchased a LUMA training before, click Create your account.
- If you’ve purchased a LUMA training before and are having trouble signing in, follow these steps.
- Please note — the Username can be an email address.
- Click Forgot your username or password?
- Enter your email address, then click Search.
You’ll be sent an email to reset your password. If you don’t receive the email or continue to have trouble logging in, please email support@luma-institute.com.
