I am trying to view a session agenda that was shared with me, but the page is coming up blank. How do I fix this?
This will occur if the link was copied from the web browser instead of retrieving the link using the Share button within the session agenda.
- A link that can't be shared will include /my/sessions in the URL while the correct, shareable, link will include /s/sessions in the URL.
- The individual sharing the session agenda should follow the steps below to retrieve the correct link for sharing.
- After clicking the Share icon, choose either the Simple agenda or Detailed agenda. (Detailed agenda recommended)
- Then, click Copy. This is the proper link that should be shared.
