Once you have registered, we do not offer refunds and we do not permit transfers. It is possible for you to switch the registration to a colleague should you be unable to participate. To transfer your registration to a colleague, please contact us.
However, if due to illness you cannot attend a LUMA-hosted, in-person, public event and LUMA has not canceled the event, you should contact LUMA at email@example.com prior to the event. You will be offered a credit toward a seat in a future public program.
LUMA reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason, at its discretion. For more information, please read this article.
